OBSERVED FROZEN CHICKEN STORED IN PLASTIC GROCERY BAGS IN THE FREEZER. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO USE PROPER FOOD GRADE STORAGE BAGS AND CONTAINERS ONLY.
OBSERVED CARDBOARD USED AS FLOOR MATS IN KITCHEN AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ALL CARDBOARD FROM FLOOR. ALL FOOD AND NON-FOOD CONTACT SURFACES MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
