ALL FOOD ITEMS PREPARED AND PACKAGED ON PREMISES MUST BE PROPERLY LABELLED
CLEAN FLOORS THROUGHOUT ALONG THE BASES OF THE WALLS, IN CORNERS, UNDERNEATH AND BEHIND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT(INCLUDING THE BASEMENT AREA) WHERE DIRT, WATER AND DEBRIS ARE PRESENT.
ALL ITEMS STORED IN BASEMENT MUST BE ELEVATED 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.
