Observed raw wood in front prep area on lower walls and also used as counter tops, covered with aluminum foil. Advised must paint or cover all raw woods surfaces, and also remove aluminum foil. Advised all surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable.
Must install self closing mechanism for employee restroom in kitchen, and also front prep area door leading to customer area.
Observed a small leak under the sink in the employee restroom. Instructed must repair and maintain.
