Floors in bsmt storage areas under storage shelving/racks not clean, need detailed cleaning(corners).
Walls that had holes, gaps in rear kitchen area, shall be repaired/sealed. Missing ceiling tile in rear kitchen area shall be provided.
MUST REPAIR BOTTOM 1DR REFRIGERATOR GASKET AT THE COFFEE PREPARATION AREA.
MUST CLEAN INTERIOR BOTTOM SHELF OF THE UPRIGHT 1DR REFRIGERATOR IN THE REAR WITH SPILLED MILK. MUST ALSO DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE INTERIOR PANEL OF THE ICE MACHINE IN THE REAR SECTION TO REMOVE SLIGHT BUILD-UP.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND SANITIZE FLOOR AT THE FRONT PREP COFFEE STATION AREA TO REMOVE FOOD CRUMBS, COFFEE BEANS, AND OTHER DEBRI FROM UNDER ALL OF THE HEAVY EQUIPMENT.ALSO ALL FLOOR DRAINS IN THE FRONT COFFEE AREA TO PREVENT PEST BREEDING.
MUST PROVIDE SNEEZE GUARDS AT THE COFFEE MAKING STATION.
MUST REAPIR/REPLACE LOOSE AND TORN GASKETS AT THE 1DR REFRIGERATOR AT THE COFFEE STATION.
MUST REPAIR LOOSE FAUCET AT BASE OF THE 3COMP SINK IN THE BACK.
