OBSERVED A LIGHT BUILD UP OF GREASE AND DUST ON SIDES OF THE COOKING EQUIPMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT.
OBSERVED THE LOW REACH IN COOLER AT THE MC CAFE STATION WITH A BUILD UP OF MILK SPILLAGE INSIDE ON THE BOTTOM BASE OF THE COOLING UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED A BUILD UP OF DIRT AND SMALL DEBRIS IN THE REAR FOOD STORAGE AND DISH WASHING AREAS ALONG THE CORNERS OF THE WALLS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
