MUST ELEVATE ALL BAG OF POTATOES, POT AND PANS 6" OFF THE FLOOR,PROVIDE PALLET OR SHELVINGS TO STORE THOSE ITEMS AND BAG OF POTATOES IN THE REAR HALLWAY GOING OUT OF THE EXIT DOOR. MUST CLEAN THE FLOOR ALONG THE WALL BASE ALL CORNER IN THE REAR STORAGE ROOM.
MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FAN GUARD INSIDE THE 2 DOOR COOLER AND MAINTAIN. MUST CLEAN IN DETAIL THE FILTER AND THE HOOD, WITH GREASE ACCUMULATED. MUST CLEAN THE LIGHT SHIELD BY THE HOOD AND MAINTAIN.
MUST INSTALL BACK FLOW PREVENTIVE DEVICE ON THE FAUCET OF THE MOP SINK. (NO BACK FLOW PREVENTIVE DEVICE NOTED).
MISSING THERMOMETER INSIDE THE CHEST FREEZER WITH FRENCH FRIES, AND ANOTHER CHEST FREEZER WITH FROZEN FOODS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE THERMOMETER AND MUST BE VISIBLE.
