All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. MUST CLEAN MOLDY WALLS AT BUTCHER AREA, REPLACE DETERIORATING INSULATION AROUND PIPES INSIDE WALK-IN-COOLER, SEAL ALL GROOVES AT WALK-IN COOLER FLOORS AND REPLACE BROKEN WALL BASE TILES.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOOR NOT CLEAN UNDER 3 COMP SINK IN PASTRY PREP AREA, TRASH AND DEBRIS DEPOSITED ALONG WALL BASE, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. PEELING PAINT NOTED ON CEILING OF BUTCHER AREA AND DISH MACHINE, INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AND MAINTAIN.
The flow of air discharged from kitchen fans shall always be through a duct to a point above the roofline. SLOW DRAINAGE AT 4TH FLOOR PREP AREA HAND SINK, INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN PLUMBING.
