MUST CLEAN DUST BUILD UP FROM WALLS IN WALK IN COOLER AND BEHIND MENU BOARDS.
MUST ELEVATE,REMOVE AND ORGANIZE MASSIVE CLUTTER FROM REAR STORAGE/OFFICE AREA OFF OF FLOOR AND AWAY FROM WALLS.
MUST REPLACE CRACKED LIGHT SHIELDS IN REAR PREP/DISH WASHING AREA.
OBSERVED MISSING AND EXPIRED FOOD ALLERGEN TRAINING FOR FOOD MANAGERS MUST PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
