The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST REPAIR DAMAGED WALL AT THE TOP IN BETWEEN STORAGE RACKS IN SIDE STORAGE AREA AND SEAL ALL CRACKS AND AROUND ALL PIPES/CONDUITS. MUST REPLACE WATER STAINED/DAMAGED CEILING TILES IN TOILET ROOM.
