IMPROPER HYGIENIC PRACTICES. OBSERVED FOOD HANDLER WASHING HANDS AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK DUE TO EXPOSED HAND SINK BEING BLOCKED. ALSO OBSERVED SAME FOOD HANDLER HANDLING CLEAN AND DIRTY DISHES AT 3 COMPARTMENT SINK, THEN DRYING HANDS AND PUTTING ON SINGLE USE GLOVES TO PREPARE STRAWBERRY AND CREAM FRUIT CUP. FOOD HANDLER FAILED TO WASH HANDS BEFORE SWITCHING TASK. MANAGER CORRECTED VIOLATION DURING INSPECTION. CRITICAL VIOLATION # 7-38-010 (A)
OBSERVED FRONT EXPOSED HAND SINK BLOCKED/INACCESSIBLE AND WITH NO SOAP. AT TIME OF INSPECTION SAID EXPOSED HAND SINK WAS BLOCKED WITH FOOD EQUIPMENT, CONTAINER LIDS, ETC. SAID EXPOSED HAND SINK ALSO DID NOT HAVE HAND SOAP. INFORMED MANAGER THAT EXPOSED HAND SINKS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AND HAVE SOAP, WHENEVER FOODS ARE PREPARED AND OR SERVED.
