Observed the 1 door tall freezer in the 1st floor kitchen to have a torn door gasket. Instructed facility to replace and maintain. Instructed facility to install and maintain splashguards on both side of the bar exposed handsink that are smooth and easily cleanable.

Observed dirt and debris on the top of the large pizza ovens in the basement. Instructed facility to clean and maintain.
