All dishwashing machines must be of a type that complies with all requirements of the plumbing section of the Municipal Code of Chicago and Rules and Regulation of the Board of Health. OBSERVED 3- COMP SINK 2ND FAUCET WITH SPRAYER NOT ABLE TO STAY ON TO FILL SINK FOR USE. MUST CONNECT FAUCET HEAD SO THAT WATER CAN FILL 2ND AND 3RD SINK.

All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN/SANITIZE ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES.

OBSERVED BOTTOM OF 3-COMP SINK AROUND RIM OF PIPE LEAKING,AND HOT WATER HANDLE OF FAUCET IN WASH ROOM,NOT ABLE TO OPEN FOR USE OF WATER,MUST REPAIR.ALSO, OBSERVED NO FAN INSIDE VENTILIATION STACK TO PUSH AIR OUT,MUST INSTALL FOR USE OF BBQ PIT.
