All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments. Over 30 mouse droppings were found around and under shelving, safes and baseboards throughout the front counter area. Remove all evidence of pest activity and clean up rodent rub marks on foam sealer and wiring in all areas of possible pest harborage. Seal up the holes found around the pvc pipe used for the old soda lines and check the rear of the front cabinet and under the hot water heater for active rodent holes. All recent pest control records from Copesan Pest Control state "no activity found".

The front counter cabinets are dirty and have old unused lock boxes that may harbor mice, remove old lock boxes and pest proof or remove said cabinets.
