Disposing of old food on cloth and wringing out used cloth water. Observed water backing up in hand sink and draining slowly. Cannot use for any other purpose but hand washing.
Wet wiping cloth out, must be in sanitizer bucket between uses.
Cannot store food on the floor, peaches in WIC, must be 6 inches off the floor.
Keep all handles up out of food.
Openings and holes in walls and ceilings.
No food manager on site for anyone working.
Label all bulk items with common name.
Clean microwave and ice in WIC.
