Observed front prep hand sink and without paper towels or sanitary means to dry hands. Observed rear prep hand sink with cleaning products in basin making inaccessible, and without soap or paper towels or sanitary means to dry hands. Instructed all hand sinks must be easily accessible, with soap and sanitary means to dry hands at all times. Operator provided soap and paper towels at all sinks, and removed items from rear prep hand sink basin. Critical violation 7-38-030.
