OBSERVED ICE SCOOPS STORED INSIDE ICE BINS IN BAR AREAS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR. MUST PROPERLY STORE ICE SCOOPS IN A CLEAN CONTAINER TO PREVENT CONTAMINATION.

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS ALONG WALL BASE AND UNDERNEATH EQUIPMENT ESPECIALLY UNDERNEATH THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AT THE FIRST FLOOR KITCHEN PREP AND AT THE BARS ON THE SECOND FLOORS AND WHEREVER NEEDED.
OBSERVED HEAVY CLUTTER THROUGHOUT ALL DRY STORAGE CLOSETS AND THE EXTERIOR OF THE PREMISE. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN, ORGANIZE AND/OR REMOVE ALL UNNECESSARY ARTICLES TO PREVENT HIDING PLACES FOR PESTS.
