OBSERVED ICE SCOOP IN THE SMOOTHIE STATION STORED WITH THE HANDLE INSIDE OF ICE IN THE ICE BIN. INSTRUCTED TO STORE ALL SCOOPS AND UTENSILS UP AND OUT OF FOOD ITEMS USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
OBSERVED FOOD CONTAINERS STORED FACING UP ON THE SHELVING IN THE FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO INVERT ALL PLASTIC AND SINGLE USE TO-GO CONTAINERS ON THE SHELF IN THE FOOD PREP AREA TO PROTECT FROM OVERHEAD CONTAMINATION.
OBSERVED A BUILDUP OF FOOD RESIDUES IN BETWEEN GASKETS AND ON THE INSIDE OF DOORS IN ALL REACH-IN COOLERS. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS ALONG THE WALL UNDERNEATH HANDWASHING SINK AND PREP TABLE IN THE PREP AREA.
