CLEAN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF ALL SINKS, COOKING EQUIPMENT, STORAGE SHELVES, SHELVING UNITS, COOLERS, AND FREEZERS.
CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL EQUIPMENT, ALONG WALLS AND IN ALL CORNERS IN PREP AND BAR AREAS. CLEAN FLOORS UNDER ALL SINKS IN PREP AND BAR AREAS. SEAL HOLE IN FLOOR NEAR OVEN IN PREP AREA. FLOORS MUST BE SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE IN PREP AND BAR AREAS.
SEAL OPENINGS IN WALLS UNDER EXPOSED SINK AND ABOVE PREP COOLER IN PREP AREA. SEAL ALL OPENINGS IN WALLS AND CEILINGS ALONG BASEBOARDS, AROUND PIPE FITTINGS, ETC IN ALL AREAS.
REPAIR LEAKING FAUCET ON 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AND PROVIDE ADEQUATE STOPPERS IN PREP AREA.
REMOVE ALL UNUSED EQUIPMENT/ARTICLES AND ORGANIZE PREP, DISH WASHING AND STORAGE AREAS TO PREVENT PEST HARBORAGE.
