OBSERVED DUCT TAPE ON FLOOR IN KITCHEN LEADING FROM REFRIGERATOR TO FLOOR DRAIN. ALL DUCT TAPE MUST BE REMOVED AND DRAINLINE FROM REACH IN REFRIGERATOR MUST BE PROPERLY PLUMBED. FLOOR NEEDS TO BE RESTORED TO A SMOOTH EASILY CLEANABLE SURFACE.
OBSERVED THERMOMETER NEEDED IN REACH IN REFRIGERATOR/COLD HOLD UNIT IN KITHCEN. PROVIDE WORKING THERMOMETER
OBSERVED UNUSABLE EQUIPMENT IN MOP ROOM ON MAIN FLOOR. REMOVED ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN USE. OBSERVED CLUTTER AT TOP OF STAIRS ON SECOND FLOOR. CLEAN AND ORGANIZE AREA AT TOP OF STAINS TO REDUCE INSECT OR RODENT HARBORAGE.ALL MOPS NEED TO BE HUNG TO DRY AFTER USE.OBSERVED BOXES OF WATER, LEMONADE, AND WINE STORED ON FLOOR.
