MUST PROPERLY DATE/LABEL POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS IN WALK-IN AND PREP COOLERS THAT HAVE BEEN COOKED/SLICED OR REMOVE FROM ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN CABINETS IN REAR AND COOKING EQUIPMENT.
MUST DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS IN ALL CORNERS, UNDER/AROUND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT AND INTERIOR OF ALL FLOOR DRAINS.
MUST CLEAN-REMOVE DIRT/DUST FROM CEILING TILES IN DINING AREA AND WALLS AROUND SINKS/DISHMACHINE.
MUST PROVIDE A SHIELD TO THE LIGHT IN FRONT OF THE 3-COMP. SINK AND REPLACE DAMAGED SHIELD NEXT TO THAT LIGHT.
MUST PROVIDE METAL STEM THERMOMETERS FOR INTERNAL TEMPERATURE TAKING.
