WATER LEAKING AROUND THE FAUCET BASES AT BOTH BATHROOMS-MUST FIX. Ventilation: All plumbing fixtures, such as toilets, sinks, washbasins, etc., must be adequately trapped, vented, and re-vented and properly connected to the sewer in accordance with the plumbing chapter of the Municipal Code of Chicago and the Rules and Regulations of the Board of Health.
ALL EMPLOYEES' FOOTWEAR MUST BE PROPELY STORED ABOVE THE FLOOR AT REAR-INSTRUCTED TO MONITOR. All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors.
Hand washing of all tableware and drinking utensils shall be accomplished by the use of warm water at a temperature of 110F to 120F containing an adequate amount of detergent effective to remove grease and solids.FOUND WATERFLOW AT 3COMP SINK TEMPERATURE MEASURED AT 83.4F DURING THIS INSPECTION 2:10 P.M..
