INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO USE A HANDLED SCOOP STORED OUTSIDE OF THE CONTAINER BETWEEN USE, TO DISPENSE DRY FOODS LIKE SEASONINGS. MANAGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED A SMALL QUANTITY OF GARLIC SEASONING.
