THERMOMETERS IS NOT PROVIDED IN STAND UP COOLERS AND HOT HOLDING UNITS. COLD/HOT HOLDING EQUIPMENT USED FOR TIME/TEMPERATURE CONTROL FOR SAFETY SHALL HAVE AT LEAST ONE THERMOMETER IN AN EASILY VIEWED LOCATION.
ALL SINK FIXTURE UNITS THAT IS NOT EASILY MOVABLE MUST BE CAULKED/SEALED ADJACENT TO WALLS NEAR DISH AREA.
