MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED THAT A CERTIFIED FOOD MANAGER MUST BE PRESENT AT ALL TIMES WITH THEIR ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE WHILE POTENTIALLY HAZARDOUS FOODS ARE PREPARED OR SERVED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-012.
