OBSERVED 3-COMPARTMENT AND 2-COMPARTMENT SINK STOPPERS MISSING. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST PROVIDE WORKING STOPPERS AT THE 3-COMPONENT SINK.
OBSERVED BASEMENT GREASE TRAP FOR 2 COMP SINK ENCRUSTED WITH FOOD DEBRIS, INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.

OBSERVED EXPOSED BRICK WALLS IN THE BASEMENT OF THE FACILITY WHERE FOOD RACKS ARE AGAINST EXPOSED BRICK THAT IS BREAKING. INSTRUCTED TO COVER AS WALLS SHOULD BE SEALED, SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE.
OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS AND SPILLS ON THE FLOORS AND SURFACES THROUGHOUT THE FACILITY. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN UNDER ALL SHELVING UNITS, INTERIOR OF PREP COOLERS, HOT-HOLDING UNITS, PREP TABLES AND DEEP FRYERS TO REMOVE SPILLS, FOOD DEBRIS, DIRT BUILDUP AND/OR GREASE. MUST MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
