PASS 2 violations
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. Must detail clean/sanitize all unclean equipment throughout.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Observed food debris/dirt build up on floor under and around all equipment throughout prep area and inside floor drains also observed floor to be in poor repair at cookline and at grill prep. Must clean floor and repair damaged floor tiles throughout.
