THE INTERIOR OF THE DEEP FRYERS IN THE FRONT PREP AREA WITH DIRT, DUST AND GREASE BUILD UP. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INTERIOR OF THE FRYERS.
THE FRONT HAND WASHING SINK, THE STORAGE RACKS IN THE REAR PREP AND LOWER SURFACE OF THE REACH IN FREEZER WITH FOOD, DIRT AND DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL.
THE FOLLOWING SINKS HAVE LEAKS: THE FRONT HAND WASHING SINK AT THE PIPE. THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK UNDERNEATH THE COMPARTMENT CLOSEST TO THE HAND WASHING SINK. INSTRUCTED TO FIX AND MAINTAIN LEAKS.
