STORAGE RACKS INSIDE THE WALK IN COOLER WITH RUST. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RUST OR REPLACE RACKS. MUST MAINTAIN A SMOOTH, EASILY CLEANABLE AND RUST-FREE SURFACE.
FLOORS UNDER THE FRYERS, SINKS, STORAGE RACKS AND COOLERS WITH A BUILD UP OF GREASE, FOOD, DIRT, DROPPINGS AND DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN FLOORS. -WALLS AND CEILING WITH GREASE, FOOD, DIRT AND STAINS IN THE PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN WALLS AND CEILINGS THROUGHOUT. -
