Reach in cooler shelving/racks in prep area that had peeling paint/rust, shall be repaired/replaced.
Cooler shelving/racks not clean, need detailed cleaning(crevices). Front counter area storage shelving had excess food debris/coffee need detailed cleaning(crevices).
Floors under heavy equipment, 3 compartment sink area and under dish machine not clean, had excess debris accumulation, need detailed cleaning(corners).
MUST CLEAN COUNTER TOP UNDER THE ESPRESSO MACHINES.
PER MANAGER" MOP BUCKET WASTE WATER IS DUMPED INSIDE MIDDLE COMPARTMENT OF 3-COMP SINK" WHERE UTENSILS ARE WASHED, INSTRUCTED MGR TO DISCONTINUE SUCH PRACTICE IMMEDIATLY AND EITHER INSTALL A MOP SINK OR USE THE BUILDING'S COMMON UTILITY MOP SINK. NO SUCH PRACTICE OBSERVED DURING INSPECTION.
MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF CABINETS ACROSS FROM THE MAIN COFFEE MAKING AREA TO REMOVE COFFEE GROUNDS AND BEANS AT THE SHELVES. MUST ALSO CLEAN INTERIOR OF MILK 1DR COOLERS TO REMOVE SPILLED MILK. MUST ALSO CLEAN CUSTOMER SELF-SERVICE AREA THE CREAMER,MILK AND SUGAR TOP SHELF.
MUST REPLACE MISSING WALL TILE AT THE CORNER OF THE CUSTOMER STOOL CHAIR SITTING AREA.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. STANDING WATER AROUND HAND SINK DRAIN. INSTRUCTED TO KEEP FLOOR DRY AS POSSIBLE.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. MUST CLEAN PASTRY DISPLAY CASE AND MAINTAIN.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST ORGANIZE DRY FOOD STORAGE AREA.
