OBSERVED FOOD DEBRIS ON THE FOLLOWING FOOD AND NON FOOD CONTACT EQUIPMENT; FRYER, STOVE, WHEEL CASTERS ON GRILL, EXTERIOR OF FOOD STORAGE CONTAINERS, AND BOTTOM OF PREP TABLE. ALSO, INTERIOR OF 1- DOOR FREEZER, AND THE 3-DOOR COOLER ON THE NORTH WALL. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, SANITIZE AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED GREASE AND DUST BUILD UP ON HOOD, FILTERS AND WALL BEHIND GRILL. ALSO, A DETACHED CEILING VENT IN MENS TOILET ROOM. CEILING VENT ABOVE CUSTOMER COUNTER HAS EXCESSIVE DUST. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR, CLEAN, AND MAINTAIN.
OBSERVED DEBRIS IN LIGHT SHEILDS ABOVE PREP AREA AND IN THE WOMENS TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
INSTALL WORKING THERMOMETERS IN ALL COOLERS AND MAINTAIN.
