Found fruit fly activity at premises. Observed about 80 fruit flies at premises flying and standing on walls, shelving units, menu boards, front of premises/food preparation, storage areas, and on boxes at rear shelving units. Previous serious violation not corrected - Critical violation. Citation issued.
