All employees observed preparing product without ability to properly wash hands, no soap &/or paper towels available at handsinks.
Register food manager certificates wi/the City of Dallas and post in public view.
Datemark all prepared product held longer than 24 hrs with a use by date not ot exceed 7 days. Observed only with made-by date.
Quat sanitizer test strips observed expired(01/23/23).
Provide soap and paper towels at hand sink ASAP.
Discard shipped rubber spatulas.
Observed employee beverage on prep table next to cutting board and product.
Provide sanitizer buckets for all work/service areas.
Use proper scoops to dispense dry product-not bowls.
Hang mop when not in use-observed stored inside mop bucket.
