Salmon stored adjacent to raw chicken in walk in cooler. Cryovac beef stored directly on top of raw shell eggs.

Reach in cooler (drawer style) has non functioning thermometer on outside and no thermometer inside. Corrected on site.

Paper towels not available at time of inspection at hand wash sink on service line. Corrected on site.
*29 Sanitizing solutions, testing devices
No test strips were available at time of inspection. Location solely uses Chlorine. Advise acquiring placard for instructions on how to properly test sanitizing solutions near three compartment

Light not functioning under vent hood in main service area. Light bulb missing from walk in cooler.
