Label any beef, pork , dressing, liquid broth ( any TCS food ) with a common name on the outside of the bag.
provide a covered lid trash can in the ladies restroom.
provide the trip ticket for the grease hauler.
Provide hair restraints when cooking or prepping food.
Provide the thermometer for all deep freezers and refrigerator units.
the deep freezers should be on legs or wheels. ( clearance should be able to get a broom under to clean or movable unit)
Provide city registered food service manager certificate on display ( ( Learn 2 serv certificate to our office and get the city certificate.)
Continue to clean the edges of the prep table ( old cold table refrigerator used for prepping only
the exit door should be self closing.
Provide a Registered food service manager on site during the operation.
