no chemical test strips for sanitizer solutions
no paper towels at hand sink, bathroom sink
food items stored on floor (icing buckets)- must be at least 6 in off floor
label all bulk ingredient containers
clean walls/ floors in prep area (flour/ sugar/ grease build up)
need hand washing signs at all hand sinks
hang mops to air dry when not in use
replace light shield in prep area
get grease trap serviced every 3 months and provide invoice
