OBSERVED AREAS OF THE FLOORS IN PREP AND DISHWASHING AREAS IN NEED OF CLEANING; CLEAN FLOOR UNDER AND AROUND COOKING EQUIPMENT AND IN DISHWASHING AREA UNDER MACHINE IN THE CORNER BY THE SPRAYER SINK.
