OBSERVED AN INSECT STICKY TRAP DEVICE STORED ABOVE A BOX OF PAPER TOWELS NEXT TO THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE REAR FOOD PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO RELOCATE AND REFRAIN FROM STORING ABOVE MENTIONED ITEMS THAT CAN BE CONTAMINATED.
