CLEAN FLOORS UNDER AND AROUND KITCHEN AND COOKING EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE GREASE AND FOOD PARTICLES OBSERVED. CLEAN FLOOR DRAIN UNDER THREE COMP SINK AND MAINTAIN.
REPLACE WATER STAINED CEILING TILES WHERE NEEDED IN DINING AREA AND PREP AREA. CLEAN ALL CEILING VENTS.
REPLACE MISSING COLD WATER FAUCET KNOB AT UTILITY SINK IN CLOSET.
