INSTRUCTED THAT PIPE SHOULD HAVE BEEN REPAIRED BEFORE OPENING THIS MORNING. OWNER LEFT PREMISES TO BUY AN ELBOW TO ATTACH TO THE SINK. SPOKE WITH AREA SUPERVISOR. WASHROOM IS ABOUT 50 FEET FROM THE PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO USE WASHROOM TO WASH HANDS UNTIL SINK IS REPAIRED.
