MANAGEMENT VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED APPROXIMATELY 20# OF FOOD WORTH $100. CRITICAL VIOLATION 7-38-005A.

PROVIDE A LIGHT SHIELDFOR THE LIGHT BULB AT THE DOUBLE DOOR COOLER,
PROVIDE A BACK BREAKER DEVICE TO THE UTILITY/ MOP SINK. WALKIN FREEZER CONDENSER IS IN POOR REPAIR ICE ALL OVER THE PIPES AND UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE UNIT. THE SINK AT THE EMPLOYEES HAND SINK IN DRAINING SLOWLY. INSTUCTED TO REPAIR.
