INSTRUCTED ONLY MECHANICAL REFRIGERATION CAN BE USED TO ADEQUATELY MAINTAIN COLD HOLDING TCS FOODS AND NON-MECHANICAL UNITS WITH ICE CAN NOT BE USED TO MAINTAIN COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURES.
