10 ppm concentration on sanitizing solutions must be have at sanitizer bucket 100 ppm chlorine concentration 3c sink sanitizing solutions 50 ppm chlorine concentration
hot water at restrooms hand sink 103 F must be have proper temperature of 110 F or above to avoid cross contamination by employees
floors at kitchen area with cracks and rough surfaces must be repair or replace to smooth and easy to clean surfaces
