Date mark items in the cooler if been in there for more than 24 hours and discard within 7 days
provide lids for containers, cannot have containers on top of food
provide record/time for eggs (raw) out of temperature

provide testing strips for sanitizer/chlorine
provide updated grease trap documentation
provide soap for hand washing sink in restroom
provide employee hand wash sign in restroom
repair/ replace damaged celling tiles
