LINEN IS STORED IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH KALE IN THE PREP COOLER. INSTRUCTED TO NOT STORE WIPE CLOTH LINENS DIRECTLY IN CONTACT WITH FOOD.
OBSERVED CUTTING BOARD AT THE PREP COOLER WITH OPEN SEAMS AND DARK STAINS. MUST REFINISH OR REPLACE DAMAGED/STAINED CUTTING BOARD.
