dishwasher not heating to 180F, observed at 160F

Detail clean all floor drains (pizza, prep area), back storage area

Replace blown light inside the storage area

Observed gaps between back door - not rodent proof

Properly store damaged goods

Observed open drinking cups in side of the wic

Repair leak at the dish machine, stand water all over the floor

Remove food build up inside of all RIC (Small prep area )

All food service staff must be trained in food safety
