Cannot leave wet wiping cloths out, must be stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use.
Must have door closed to prevent from pests from entering.

Cannot reuse single serve items, single use only.
Clean counters, dust walls, floors, storage floor, RIC, WIC floor, vent hood, shelf storage for to go containers, sides of equipment, and ceiling.
No RFSM for person in charge provided on site.
Label all chemical bottles.
Provide first aid kit.
Grease trap ticket not provided on site.
Need hand washing sign at every hand sink.
Food and utensils stored on foil, not an approved material, not easily cleanable.
